Happiest Place on Earth

For me personally, there really is nothing better that planning a Disney vacation. Choosing the resort, making reservations at your favorite restaurants, checking refurbishments, yada yadda yada. I'm that weird sort person that researches the crap out of everything and actually ENJOYS it.

Right now I'm planning a trip to Walt Disney World in May and I'm totally geeking out over everything. Especially since I did the Disney College Program there a year ago. So it'll be nice to see all my old fellow cast members and basically return "home". It'll also be nice because I'll be going the week before my birthday and I just might go to the Harry Potter theme park and give myself a butterbeer coma.

GAH! I just love Disney so much... JUST TAKE ALL MY MONEY!!

Sick as a Dog

No post yesterday because I had my head in the toilet for the entire day. :(

There's nothing I hate more than puking.

In other news, I just took my math test online and finished with an A.

So at least something good has happened this weekend.

My spring break has not started out too good....

Cocooning into Platypus

So I'm going to break the ice and skip the whole obligatory introductory post and dive right in.

Last month I got cast into a play called "Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead"; it's basically a show about the Peanuts characters as teenagers and deals with a lot of relevant issues of today's society including: homosexuality, eating disorders, drugs and finding your identity.

I was cast as CB's sister (aka Sally) and although I am super excited for this opportunity, I'm also super nervous. What if I do horrible? What if I'm not a good enough actress? What if my character work is total shit? I dunno, maybe it's because this is my first major role on stage.

I'm sure once I get into costume and on stage with all of my awesome cast members I'll feel better. Theatre is the only place I don't feel like a total freak, because well, theatre kids feed off of freakiness.

We are just a bunch of awesome weirdos.
